By purchasing any product from Force Armory you are accepting full liability while using said product. These products are meant to provide a safe line of protection for the user. However, incorrect use may result in a broken product or injury.
Force armory will not be liable in any case of bodily injury or harm caused by a failure of parts or products, especially due to improper use. The buyer and user claim all responsibility for maintaining and managing their safe and intended use of all products purchased.

You should only use our products for the intended purpose (combats, sparring sessions, swordplay) both indoor and outdoor. Before you do any form of sparring, always be sure to check the area for objects that might hurt you or damage your equipment.
If you're unhappy with your order after it arrives, we understand and will make it right or refund you. You may return any product purchased on our website if the product is unused and has no damage within 5 business days after receiving your order. Buyer pays for the shipping. Must be returned in original packaging.
We offer a 60 day no hassle warranty against critical failure of the part. If the armor severely cracks, bends or breaks inside of the first 60 days of receiving the product we will replace it at no charge to the customer.
Armor is used to protect your body from harm and it will wear out over time. This is the the nature of the beast of combat and protection. We stand by the long term quality of our products. We will offer padding replacements and string replacements a la carte as well as instructions on how to replace them yourself.
If your armor needs a specific part replaced or repaired, we would be happy to handle it for you for an a la carte fee and service. We would have you ship the armor back to us, we will use the existing usable parts and replace whatever is in need of repair or replacement.
After use, use a Lysol wipe to clean the outer shell and a Lysol spray to clean the inside. Do not wipe the internal glove with anything, only spray. (be sure to have a dry paper towel handy to prevent streaking on the parts.)
